What are the characteristics of Monopole Cell Tower?

2025-05-12

Simple structure and efficient installation

The single-tube main body design reduces the number of components, reduces the complexity of construction, has a short installation period, and is suitable for rapid deployment.

The modular design supports segmented transportation and on-site assembly, which is convenient for maintenance and upgrading.

Small footprint and high space utilization.

The single-tube structure occupies only 1/3 to 1/2 of the traditional angle steel tower, which is suitable for densely populated urban areas or landscape-sensitive areas.

The height can be flexibly adjusted according to the terrain (usually 10-60 meters) to meet different coverage requirements.

Strong wind resistance and high stability

The use of high-strength steel (such as Q345B or ASTM A572) and optimized cross-sectional design can achieve wind resistance of 30-50m/s (10-12 typhoon).

The bottom flange or plug-in connection ensures the overall stability of the tower.

Excellent anti-corrosion performance and long life.

The main body adopts hot-dip galvanizing process (galvanized layer thickness ≥86μm), which meets ISO 1461 or ASTM A123 standards and has an anti-corrosion life of more than 30 years.

Optional stainless steel or composite coating to adapt to harsh environments such as high salt spray and high humidity.

Multi-functional adaptation, strong scalability.

Supports co-location of equipment from multiple operators, and can install antennas, microwave equipment, surveillance cameras, lighting fixtures, etc.

Reserved platforms and wiring troughs for later expansion and equipment upgrades.Beautiful design, integrated into the environment.

The tower surface can be sprayed with color (such as gray, white), or bionic design (such as tree shape, lamp pole shape) can be adopted to reduce visual impact.

Suitable for scenes with high aesthetic requirements such as urban landscape areas, scenic areas, residential areas, etc.
