Main structure

Process: Metal Monitoring Steel Pipe Tower is hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment, with a surface coating thickness of ≥85μm and an anti-corrosion life of more than 20 years; 3PE anti-corrosion or fluorocarbon paint coating is optional to adapt to extreme environments such as oceans and industrial pollution.
Design:
Tower type: four-column angle steel tower, three-tube tower or single-tube tower, with a height range of 10-60 meters, supporting customized design.
Connection method: Flange bolt connection or plug-in structure for quick installation and maintenance.Platform and ladder: Equipped with multi-layer working platforms (spacing 3-5 meters) and anti-slip ladders, in line with ergonomics and safety standards.
Monitoring system integration
Equipment bracket: The Metal Monitoring Steel Pipe Tower has preset standard equipment installation interfaces (such as U-bolts and clamps), which are compatible with meteorological sensors, cameras, communication antennas and other equipment.
Wiring system: built-in cable tray or threading tube to achieve concealed laying of power and signal cables to avoid environmental interference.
Lightning protection and grounding: a lightning rod is installed on the top, the tower body is connected to the grounding grid, and the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω to ensure equipment safety.
