To eliminate this, our production facility utilizes fully automated CNC punching, drilling, and shearing lines. The data from the engineering shop drawings is fed directly into the CNC machines. This automated process ensures a hole position tolerance of less than 0.5mm. When your local erection crew starts bolting the tower together in the field, the pieces fit perfectly the first time. We also clearly stamp every single member with a permanent, easy-to-read part number that corresponds directly to the erection manual.


Customized Hot-Dip Galvanizing for Maximum Lifespan

Transmission towers are often installed in harsh environments—from humid coastal regions facing high salinity to arid deserts with severe temperature fluctuations. Our anti-corrosion treatment is handled entirely in-house. Every processed steel component undergoes comprehensive acid pickling to remove all mill scale and impurities before being submerged in our high-temperature zinc bath.


We strictly adhere to ISO 1461 and ASTM A123 galvanizing standards. For standard inland projects, we guarantee a minimum zinc coating thickness of 86μm. However, for projects located in highly corrosive environments, our technical team will adjust the dipping time and temperature to achieve a heavy-duty coating exceeding 100μm to 120μm, effectively extending the maintenance-free service life of the tower to well over 40 to 50 years.
