How to transfer and archive engineering data

The project acceptance shall be carried out according to the specified items and contents of concealed project acceptance, intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance. The relevant provisions of this specification are the basis for project acceptance.


Acceptance inspection of concealed works shall be conducted before concealment. The following contents are concealed works: foundation pit depth and foundation treatment; Specification, size, quantity, location, base section size, concrete cover thickness and pouring quality of reinforcement and embedded parts in cast-in-place foundation; Specification, quantity, installation position of reinforcement and embedded parts in prefabricated foundation, and assembly quality of column; Hole size, hole depth, embedded iron parts and concrete pouring quality of rock and excavated foundation; Hole forming, hole cleaning, reinforcement framework and underwater concrete pouring of cast-in-place pile foundation; Inspection of hydraulic or explosive pressure connecting pipe, strain clamp, drainage pipe, etc; Inner diameter, outer diameter and length before connection; Cleaning of pipes and lines; Position of steel pipe in aluminum pipe; The position of steel core and aluminum wire end in the connecting pipe. Repair of conductors and overhead ground wires and damage of wire strands; Burial of tower grounding device.


Intermediate acceptance shall be carried out according to foundation engineering, tower assembly, stringing engineering and grounding engineering. Acceptance can also be carried out in batches after the completion of divisional works. The acceptance contents of each divisional works are as follows:

Stringing works: sag of conductor and overhead ground wire; Specification and quantity of insulators, cleaning of insulators, inclination of suspension insulator strings; Specification, quantity and connection and installation quality of fittings, specification, quantity and direction of fittings bolts or pins; Deflection of tower after stringing; Installation and connection quality, sag and minimum electrical clearance of drainage line; Discharge gap of insulated overhead ground wire; Location and quantity of joint and repair; Installation position, specification, quantity and quality of damper; Installation position and quality of spacer; Conductor transposition; Safe distance between conductor and ground and crossing objects; Proximity distance between lines and near objects; Whether the optical cable is damaged, and the installation quality of down lead and junction box.


Grounding engineering: measured grounding resistance value; Connection of grounding down lead and tower. The completion acceptance shall be implemented after the completion of concealed works acceptance and intermediate acceptance. The completion acceptance is the final confirmation of the installation quality of the overhead transmission line before it is put into operation.


In addition to confirming the construction quality of the project, the completion acceptance shall also include the following contents: the treatment of obstacles in the line corridor; Tower fixing sign; Removal of temporary grounding wire; Handling of remaining problems. In addition to the physical quality, the completion acceptance shall also include engineering technical data. The overhead power transmission line project will pass the acceptance after being confirmed as qualified by the construction, supervision, design, construction and operation parties.


After the completion of the project, the following data shall be handed over: project construction quality acceptance records; Revised as-built drawings; Design change notice and engineering contact list; Factory quality certificate and test record of raw materials and equipment; List of substitute materials; Engineering test reports and records; List and attached drawings of various items not constructed according to the design; Construction defect treatment list and attached drawings; The filing, sorting and handover of relevant agreements and completion data shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard General Requirements for the Composition of Scientific and Technical Archives (GB/T 11822).


Completion and handover shall be conducted after all acceptance, test and file handover are completed, and the trial operation is successful, and the construction, supervision, design, construction and operation parties sign the completion acceptance certificate.
