Company Reverse Feedback Day

2025-11-26 - Leave me a message

As a participant I must share our company's monthly Reverse Feedback Day on the 21st. It’s full of genuine relaxation and warmth.

On the afternoon of the 21st a feedback box is placed in the meeting room. Everyone writes three things they most want the company to improve on slips of paper anonymously. After collecting all the slips there’s no rigid process. Everyone sits around chatting casually. Leaders join us too. Today people speak freely and we discuss how to put each suggestion into practice. Colleagues read the slips one by one. The wishes include not only monthly relaxed team activities more favorite snacks for afternoon tea but also hopes for fresh flowers in the office. Some asked for more attractive New Year calendars while others wanted more non-work interactions. All are down-to-earth little wishes.

When the suggestions about snacks and fresh flowers were read someone immediately recommended reliable suppliers. Talking about team activities everyone chimed in one after another. We quickly settled on KTV singing for the next event and leaders gave immediate approval.

What started as anonymous little wishes turned into collective expectations through chatting. It also brought colleagues closer.

We truly think such Reverse Feedback Day is great. It lets us speak our minds and makes us feel valued by the company. Working with a team that’s willing to listen and make the work environment more comfortable brings a stronger sense of belonging. We are already looking forward to next month’s appointment on the 21st!
